How long will order processing and delivery take?
​Gerrim provides delivery between 7-10 working days from day of processing the order.
​This does NOT include special orders.

How long will special orders take?
​Special orders will take 6 - 8 weeks from ordering time.

Can i request resizing with my order?
​Our stock standard ring size is N.
​We can resize rings to the desired size before we send it to you. This will incur an additional dispatch period of up to 1 week and an extra cost, depending on how many sizes the ring is fluctuating. Please contact us for this information if required. 

Is there a minimum order?
